residential cleaning is not the same
A rental that is clean enough to live in is not clean enough to rent out. Here is what a basic rental cleaning looks like. Not one corner left untouched.
Living room
Everything that moves gets dusted and santanized. Here is some examples.
( end tables, table decor, behind the TV, cable boxes, remotes, games, wall decor and base boards).
Couch everything gets removed vacuumed and replaced.
All flooring get vacuumed, swiffered, and mopped.
Dining room
Everything thing that can move gets dusted and satanized. Here is what cleaning looks like.
remove/replace table décor and chairs
Vacuum, swiffer, and mop.
Kitchen
Open all cabinets check dishes, glasses, and perishable items.
Counter tops remove items and clean/ sanitize
dust top of fridge
empty fridge (unless you pay if forward)
clean/ sanitize inside and freezer.
dished needs to be washed , dried , and put away
Trash can needs to be cleaned inside and out don't forget to replace the bag.
Floors need to be vacuumed swiffered and mopped .
Bathroom
Check towels for stains wash, dry, fold, and replace
Tub and shower need to be cleaned/ sanitized.
check shower curtain for stains
clean/ sanitize toilet and sink.
Don't forget about cleaning under cabinet. restoring paper products and making sure blow dryer and curling iron work. Floors have to be vacuumed ,swiffered, and mopped.
